Our Construction & Design practice is one of the most well-respected in the region.  We represent owners, design professionals, governmental entities, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and sureties in a wide variety of matters, including:

Our lawyers have extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and continuously look for creative and cost-effective approaches to informally resolve construction claims.  Sometimes, however, a dispute must be resolved by trial or arbitration.  Our lawyers have extensive trial and arbitration experience in both state and federal courts, and before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and other arbitration forums.

Because we are a boutique firm, we have the flexibility to develop and implement alternative fee arrangements, such as fixed fees, blended hourly rates, reduced hourly fees paired with a result-based bonus, and contingency fees.  We also offer unique fee arrangements that allow us to economically handle matters anywhere in the United States.

Unlike some areas of the law, the laws and regulations applicable to the construction industry change at a rapid pace.  To remain current, we continuously monitor construction-related judicial opinions and legislative changes.  Our lawyers actively participate in many of the preeminent local and national construction organizations in the United States, and we frequently present seminars on construction issues to clients and bar organizations.
