Mark G. Askins
Chief Operating Officer

Mark Askins is the firm's Chief Operating Officer.  He is responsible for managing the firm’s operations, information systems, and non-lawyer personnel.  Askins most recently was the Controller of Duggan Homes, Inc. in Olathe, Kansas, and was previously a Director with Sprint Corporation.  He received a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
