• Obtained summary judgment for manufacturer in complex commercial litigation arising out of purchase of component parts from another manufacturer which claimed breach of a long-term contract. The claim exceeded $1M.


• Achieved defense verdict in lawsuit involving significant intra-operative nerve injury. Plaintiff alleged permanent and severe injury as a result of instruments used by neurosurgeon during cervical spine surgery.
